Displays must be set up by 7:00 a.m. and broken down by 7:00 p.m. on June 13, 2026.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS must be made and received no later than June 1, 2026. All payments are due at the time of signing up. Sign Up online using the form below or download the Vendor registration Form and send the filled up form with your Check to: Africans Rising Together 2063, PO Box 12202, St. Louis, MO 63157.

Refunds will not be made upon cancellation.

Registration Rules and Guidelines Sheet:

  1. Booth Assignment and Registration: Vendors are selected on first-come first-serve basis. The locations and reservations of the vendors' booths are determined by the date the application is completed and full payment is received. Space is limited.
  2. Booth Space: Spaces are 10'x10’. Vendors must provide their own equipment, tents, tables, and chairs. Stakes are not allowed in the ground.Weights are required to hold your tent or canopy in place.
  3. Electricity Is NOT Available for Vendors.
  4. Parking: Parking is free on first come first serve basis.
  5. The sale of the following items is prohibited: alcoholic beverages, water, food, soft drinks, drugs, or illegal paraphernalia.
  6. The Festival will not allowanything sold with vulgar, offensive language or gestures. This includes t-shirts, photos, mugs, posters, audio tapes, etc.
  7. We do not accept food vendors.
  8. Vendors agree not to reassign, sublet, or share any part of their assigned space with any individual or group.
  9. Waste Disposal: It is the vendor's responsibility to keep the booth and the surrounding area clean. Vendors must provide their own garbage receptacles and bags. Vendors must take all oils and cooking grease with them following the event, and all trash must be picked up and sealed in garbage bags. Please clean your area promptly at the conclusion of the event.Your area will be inspected before you depart the event grounds.
  10. Event Day Setup: Vendors will not be allowed to set up until fees are paid. Vendor Check-in begins at 6:00 am on Saturday, June 13th. No vehicles will be allowed in the parking lot. Vendors requiring restocking of supplies may re-enter the area with a dolly. Tear-down may not begin until 6:00 pm.All exhibits and equipment must be removed by 9:00 pm. Anything left in the parking lot will be discarded.
  11. Security: The event has security; however, vendors are solely responsible for the security of their cash, coupons, equipment, inventory, supplies, and any other property. Africans Rising Together 2063 is not responsiblefor theft of vendors' property and/or equipment.
  12. Rainout Policy: The Juneteenth Caribbean Heritage Festival will start on time, rain or shine.
  13. Payment: Payment to Africans Rising Together 2063 is made online.
  14. Guidelines will be strictly monitored. If a violation occurs, two warnings will be issued. Additional violations will result in removal from the site without refund.
