Professor Dela Adadevoh Vice President Founder Government and International Relations Mountain

Professor Dela Adadevoh has a strong passion to see Africa and the world transformed with the unique distinctive of a compelling moral vision based on biblical and ethical values. To this end, he founded the International Leadership Foundation (ILF) in 2002 and currently serves as its President. ILF has the objective of building leaders of integrity for societal transformation.

In addition, Prof. Adadevoh serves as a Vice President of an international NGO and is responsible for overseeing Team Leadership globally. In this capacity he helped to establish the Africa Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA), in Harare, Zimbabwe. ALMA offers graduate degrees in Leadership and Management and is now part of the International Leadership University (ILU). He also serves as Chairman of the Global Board for the African Forum on Religion and Government (AFReG). For nearly 40 years, he has shared insights and experiences regarding leadership development with tens of thousands of students, professionals, church leaders, executives, diplomats and heads of state.

Prof. Adadevoh earned a B.Sc. in Chemistry at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana, a M.A. in Social Science with emphasis on Leadership at Azusa Pacific University in California, and a Ph.D. in Interpretation Theories at Leeds University, England.

A citizen of Ghana, West Africa, he has also lived in Nigeria, Kenya and Zimbabwe. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have a son and two daughters and currently live in Orlando, Florida. He has written several books including Leading Transformation in Africa, Moral Vision National Transformation, Empowering Leadership and Strategic Planning Made Simple.
